Motovario

The Code of Ethics applied by Motovario states the responsibilities and ethical and social obligations that must inspire the conduct and behavior of those who act in the interest of Motovario, both within and outside the Company's organization.

In addition to its Code of Ethics, the Company has enforced an applied a Model of organization, management and control, in compliance with the provisions of Leg. Decree 231/2001 and has likewise appointed a Supervisory Board.

Model of organization, management and control

Motovario has set up special confidential channels that can be used to report breaches of national or EU regulations that may occur within the company.

Confidential channels must not be used to forward complaints, claims, requests of a personal nature or to report disputes between colleagues, internal organisational issues and similar situations.  

Motovario guarantees to keep the identity of the whistleblower and of the reported person confidential as provided for by the legislation in force. However, the report can also be anonymous.

All reports, including anonymous ones, are carefully examined and handled by specially authorised staff. Where possible, appropriate feedback is provided to the reporter within the time limits required by law.

Personal data are processed in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 and Italian Leg.Decree 196/2003, insofar as still applicable. In this regard, please read the information below carefully.

Reports can be made/forwarded through the following confidential, alternative channels:

 - by making an appointment with a specially appointed professional at the offices of the external company Winger S.a.s., located in via Piccard 16/G, Reggio Emilia (RE).
