Flexibility: Motovario’s Supply Chain Team mantra

20 May 2024

An important part of the Operations area is the Supply Chain team, which is formed by:

Domenico Trabace, Supply Chain Manager

Massimiliano Siena, Outbound Materials

Giulia Rotondo, Production Planning

Federico Cavalieri, Demand Planning

Sofia Paolucci, Procurement

Marco Gianaroli, Subsidiaries Supply Chain

The team faces market challenges every day and tries to adapt to the constant changes the market requires as much as possible, and always with customer focus in mind.

Massimiliano organises the shipments of all Motovario products: gear reducers, geared motors, electric motors and drives.

Giulia is the reference contact for customers, and ensures on time delivery.

Federico confirms the delivery dates after consulting the sales office and analysing the CRM information.

Sofia liaises with suppliers to ensure compliance with the quantities and delivery times of production materials.

Marco coordinates the portfolio and warehouse stock activities of the Group’s branches.

This team is led by Domenico, who supervises the work and handles any critical issues. His objective? To maintain a balance between the requirements of the various teams, while ensuring the achievement of common goals.

“The dynamics change from one day to the next”, explains the team. “Events like Covid or the shutdown of the Suez Canal have taught us that flexibility is absolutely crucial. Customers need quick solutions and we try to answer with the utmost efficiency.”

Flexibility to change, customer focus and goals: these are the main aspects that make Motovario’s Supply Chain Team a true link between the company and the market.

In a world that is constantly changing, flexibility to change is the key to success for Motovario’s Supply Chain Team.
