27 November 2023My name is Marco Basso and I’ve been a trusted forklift truck driver at Motovario for over 30 years.
Working at Motovario is very rewarding, the environment is peaceful yet demanding, and the team is amazing.
Some say that it is impossible to become attached to a gear reducer, but I say that’s not true. Personally, I’m very close to the HA. I supply material on that line every day of the week and I feel I know its life, death and miracles. It wouldn’t hesitate to buy it.
If I were to describe this company in three words, I would say: Work in progress. This is what is so typical of all Motovario employees and the company.
“A decisive approach for our organisation is the constant application of Lean Manufacturing, which is aimed at reducing waste and improving company performance. The company has embarked on this process of change, which has seen a significant increase in productivity also in labour intensive areas” added Marco Vezzali, A1/A2 Department Manager.
Talking of quality, Pasquale Costantini, HT Manager, emphasised the importance of statistical process control on steel components, saying “We are extremely proud of the introduction of our new metallographic laboratory, which is instrumental in ensuring full compliance with the quality standards set through the frequency control of production batches.”
To conclude, Romano Leonelli, M2 Manager, and Ernesto Rossi, Logistics Manager, confirm that: “we are a real, close-knit team, we support each other and work together very openly. Each one of us contributes to our common success, working together to achieve our goals.”
A team that embodies the company’s history and new resources, our strong technical skills, our desire to never feel we have made it, but to always strive for improvement!
