Motovario

My name is Sonia, I was born in Cameroon and have been living in Italy for over 11 years. I work in Procurement department at Motovario.

My duties are issuing all the orders related to the procurement of Teco products (inverters and motors) and components.

I love my work. I have always had a real passion for languages, and in my many dealings with Teco I get the chance to speak English every day.

If I had to describe Motovario in 3 words I would say:

-    Organisation, because in recent years Motovario has made important changes focused on improvement and uniting our team with a fluid workflow philosophy which has allowed us to achieve greater success.

-    Perseverance, because Motovario never gives up. There's always a solution, and a team working together to give their best.

-    Success is the natural consequence of organisation and perseverance.

I would not change my job for anything in the world. I love my work environment because it is a quiet and peaceful and gives me space to learn. Every day I add a new page to my book of experiences and always learn new things.
