Motovario

My name is Pastor Otuopakpaikhian, but everyone calls me Peter. I have worked in Motovario since 1996 and deal with the assembly of flanges, components and all gear reducers. I also once worked as a warehouse operator.

If I were to describe Motovario in three words, I would say

• Serious, the products on the market today are of the highest quality, which I see from the components I assemble every day
• Structured, the company is extremely organised and all the employees are professional
• Opportunity, over time Motovario has given me the chance to learn more tasks and to increase my skills; now I can perform different tasks in the production department

“Definitely! I’d love to see one of our gear reducers fitted to a pump in Africa so as to provide water to all those without it.”
