In the Operations area, the Production team is an experienced group that is responsible for developing our products through structured process management.

Their top priority is to ensure the safety of staff, the quality of the product and the effectiveness of the production processes, to continually increase performance levels in line with our customers’ expectations.

Luca Lo Sinno (Production Manager): “Our team is focused on achieving results and the goals we set ourselves can only be challenging. We are consistent and transparent in our daily activities and provide a link between production and the offices.

We are an essential part of the company’s success” says Gian Luca Vanelli, M1 and CdL Departments’ Manager.
“Key factors such as the verticalisation of processes and the know-how of our employees are extremely important to us. Crucial aspects that reduce production lead times while still offering an excellent service.”

 

“A decisive approach for our organisation is the constant application of Lean Manufacturing, which is aimed at reducing waste and improving company performance. The company has embarked on this process of change, which has seen a significant increase in productivity also in labour intensive areas” added Marco Vezzali, A1/A2 Department Manager.

Talking of quality, Pasquale Costantini, HT Manager, emphasised the importance of statistical process control on steel components, saying “We are extremely proud of the introduction of our new metallographic laboratory, which is instrumental in ensuring full compliance with the quality standards set through the frequency control of production batches.”

To conclude, Romano Leonelli, M2 Manager, and Ernesto Rossi, Logistics Manager, confirm that: “we are a real, close-knit team, we support each other and work together very openly. Each one of us contributes to our common success, working together to achieve our goals.”
