Motovario

Motovario SAU is one of the Group’s main branches in terms of products sold and shipped. The logistics team at Motovario SAU worked closely with the entire Motovario spa team in order to follow the best supply chain practices of the head office, which include sustainability, innovation, environmental and social responsibility.

Throughout the project, the team shared distribution policies and logistics best practices, resulting in the achievement of the goal of supply chain excellence.
