Motovario

During wastewater treatment, zones can be created at the bottom of the tank where the liquid does not receive enough oxygen to oxidise, preventing the water purification process from working properly.

 

Motovario introduces the helical bevel gear reducer configured for two specific treatments:

• water treatment, where raw sewage from the sewers is treated
• sludge treatment, where the sludge accumulated in wastewater treatment processes are treated and need to be disposed of in a safe and effective manner

 

The Motovario helical bevel gear reducer ensures that both applications are correctly motorised, thanks to:

 

• double output shaft: in some plants this allows two aerators to be connected in series.
• high capacity of thermal dissipation: this enables outdoor use even in geographical areas with very high temperatures
• electric motor with heaters and condensation drain holes: for use in environments with a high thermal excursion
