Motovario

A high voltage disconnector is a device designed to ensure a system or an electric circuit is safe.

There are various types of high voltage disconnectors that differ based on how the arm that connects and disconnects the various elements is moved.

Motovario provides a solution that does not depend on the type of disconnector: the VSF worm screw range, from size 063 to 090.

These Motovario worm gear reducers are designed with:

• a shaft featuring a specific design
• sealing rings with a larger internal diameter
• grease lubrication
• a specific bonding agent on the screw and crown

These guarantee the high voltage disconnectors operate entirely safely even with high input rotation speeds.
