Motovario

These unique units combine a cable-winding machine with an integral payoff; thus the machine is a self-contained, all-in-one system.

The winder was a combination of a Motovario HF032FA 10/1 ratio inline helical unit coupled with a B123UC Helical Bevel Unit 180/1 ratio, giving an overall ratio of 1800/1.

This solution was fitted with a 0,37kW 4 pole Brake Motor  with DC Brake and forced ventilation giving a final fixed output speed of nominal 0,76 rpm and an output torque limited to 3500 Nm, controlled by an inverter to give optimal speed control at fractional rpm. 

Our customer opted for a dazzling red….like a chameleon, our units adapt to all surroundings!!!
