Ten PBZ mid-heavy duty gear reducers (size 399) will soon be installed on a system to transport wastewater in tanks located on different levels.

Each PBZ feeds an Archimedes screw pump positioned inside a cylinder. The lower part of the cylinder will remain immersed in the liquid, which will be moved up by the rotating movement of the screw.

The size 399 gear reducers have been fitted with a special lubrication system that can meet the application specifications required by the installation site.

Extremely sturdy and reliable, these gear reducers ensure continuous service 24/7 at a power of 110 kW.
