Motovario

In partnership with our MAC (Motovario Assembly Centre), Marcanzin e Merotto, we have developed a new motorised system for a recycling plant in the Venetian Dolomites. The facility serves a community of over 200,000 people, and will now have the benefits of more efficient and sustainable technology. This innovative solution, designed for a scheme by a local public company, not only greatly improves the recycling process, but also helps enhance the quality of life for those living in the area.

Francesco Manieri and Cesare Primavera, together with Maurizio Pasqualin, designed a customised solution with an MHD series gear reducer to drive a screw compactor for the waste system.

Thanks to the application created by our team, the customer has now greatly increased the daily volume of waste dealt with at the plant, and has been able to integrate a modular solution that allows maintenance work to be carried out in a simpler, more rational way.

We are proud to have taken part in a sustainable improvement project in such a wonderful area as the Venetian Dolomites.
