A week of training and updating for colleagues from our Indian subsidiary

Training is a particularly important factor for Motovario; it is what allows our company to offer an excellent service all over the world.

This is why the visit by our colleagues from the Indian branch was a particularly intense and positive experience.

The 7-day full immersion course allowed them to increase and improve their knowledge and skills. The programme involved a variety of activities, including:

  • an in-depth course on the MHD Mid Heavy Duty range
  • a technical course on the new SELF POWER synchronous electric motor under the IE4 efficiency class
  • a tour of the 60,000 m² production site, and of the logistics pole with its recent adoption of Lean solutions

 

Raghu Srinivasan Sales Manager, Hem Kumar Reddy Key Account Manager, Kunposh Saproo Key Account Manager and Manish Chatterjee, Key Account Manager were all very glad to have had this opportunity, and are now well prepared to offer the latest Motovario solutions to their market.
