Four “ Ex Aequo” Winners for the “Outstanding Employee” award

Every year TECO hands out the “Outstanding Employee” award to employees who have achieved top performance levels and key results and have significantly contributed to the company’s development.
Last year has been a tough but positive year, therefore we exceptionally have four ex-aequo winners of the 2021 edition.
The winners are Paolo Bisi, Marco La Cava, Antonio Sonsini and Domenico Trabace.
Domenico contributed with excellent management of his team and the supply chain, even during a very difficult period like 2021.
Indeed, his main achievements were:
- an improved on-time delivery (OTD) levels compared to previous years.
- a substantial increase in production output.
- an improvement of the Inventory KPI’s.
Paolo, Marco and Antonio highly contributed in the sales area:
- effective management of current and potential customers
- high sales volumes
- achievement of strategic goals.
Our sincere congratulations go out to Domenico, Paolo, Antonio and Marco, and we would like to thank them for their work.
