Heart of Values: the competition that has taken our values outside the company
11 May 2023The company's competition, which “challenges” our colleagues to live and personify Motovario’s values in their daily lives, has drawn to a successful conclusion.
Ambition, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and Innovation are the core values that guide our company and our organisational culture.
Congratulations to Felix Montoro (Motovario Spain), Davide Pagliaro, Antonio Scozzafava (Motovario Spa), Raghu Srinivasan, Swarup Kumar Dutta, Jana Monoranjan (Motovario India), James Suh (Motovario USA), who have been the recipients of the Heart of Values award in recent months. They have always put our values first and foremost when making decisions and in their relations with colleagues, customers and the community, maintaining a healthy and productive work environment in which all team members can feel valued and motivated to give their best.
