TECO present an annual award to those employees who have made a significant contribution to the growth of the company.

 

CEO Franco Pacini, Gian Paolo Goldoni, Regional Sales Director and Giovanni Terranova, Operations Director announced the winners for 2022:

 

• Luca Lo Sinno, Production Manager; thanks to his introduction of Lean Production methods and his superb leadership, the main KPIs - such as accidents and PPM defectives - were reduced by 70%, with a subsequent increase in productivity at Motovario plants.
• Nicola Colarusso, Quality Manager; for reducing PPM defectives in the quality of assembly and processing work, for firmly applying the PDCA approach and for excellent management of after-sales activities.
• Gabriele Corradi, Area Manager; with his excellent sales skills and knowledge of the products, has achieved a 20% increase in sales to some OEMs/leading companies.
• Elisa Boratto, Area Manager; for acquiring 10% new OEMs/customers in new areas of the market, especially in the chemical and water treatment industries in the northern part of Italy.
