The importance of face-to-face meetings and the strategic relevance of Motovario were once more reaffirmed. During the visit Chairman Li met the Motovario Management Team and visited the factories to review the level of the Lean Manufacturing Deployment and the KPI’s improvements.
Chairman Li also shared the TECO Group’s Values, Mission and Vision and the strategic alignement with Motovario, to built a “Client-Centric” organization with a “Growth-Mindset” supported by “Open Dialogue” and the “Co-Creation / Team Up” contribute from all our TECO team members.
It was a great opportunity to review the Motovario Long Term Business Plan and the shorter-term action plans. Thanks to Chairman Li for his visit and for sharing all his insightful thoughts and suggestions.
