Motovario

In this moment of great difficulty for all of us and for the whole country, what did we actually choose to do in Motovario?

Since January we have thought about the health of our people by purchasing masks and sanitizing gel in advance; in fact we learned by our colleagues in Tapei that it was clear how much the protective devices were fundamental to contain the spread of the Virus.

We immediately put in place safety measures in working environments, because health comes first. We moved desks and created signs to delimit the spaces. We sanitized work areas and we did it by working without ever growing tired and with passion on the weekends.

We have made our company canteens functional; we could have closed them, but we chose to make an extra effort to ensure the comfort of the quick meal and for everyone, working together on the environments and making them safe.

We immediately allowed mothers and fathers to enjoy 5 hours of free leave to assist their children; a symbolic gesture of support, because we felt how hard the families did to be at work without help.

We facilitated smart working in compliance with IT security and in the maximum capacity we had ready. We have chosen to take action as far as possible to provide greater serenity to both those who work from home and in the office by arranging larger spaces.

We have chosen to be close to our country with a donation campaign from everyone, that has been donated to the Modena hospital. We believe that team spirit always rewards and grows over time.

We have chosen to recognize the commitment that all employees are demonstrating, incurring as a company the costs of full accrual of the accrued holidays and of thirteenth during this extraordinary period of CIGO connected to COVID-19.

We could not have done many things and instead we chose to do them thanks to everyone's work and with the sole objective of being close to our People, our Customers and our Country as far as possible.

Now a new challenge is waiting for us, each one of us, will be able to do his part by respecting the ministerial provisions and at the same time keeping the Motovario heartbeat alive, while waiting for it to pulsate again strongly in the Italian economic market!
