The ISO 9001 Surveillance Audit conducted by TÜV Italy auditors was completed in July.

Various Areas/Departments at Motovario were involved in the auditing processes, which ended with the confirmation of the certification and no ‘non-conformities’ were detected.

 

“After verifying that their latest suggestions had been implemented, inspectors saw and highly appreciated the various changes carried out to improve the system’s performances, whilst always retaining a ‘lean’ perspective, strongly focused on effectiveness and maximum involvement of all personnel,” says Roberto Tosto, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System Manager at Motovario.

 

So it’s only natural to think that these goals would not have been attained without the helpful attitude and considerable commitment of everyone at Motovario.
