Motovario

The second annual Mototraining event took place recently: a project designed to promote the integration and growth of new employees at Motovario. Much more than a training course, this unique experience allows new team members to be fully immersed in the Motovario world.

During the Mototraining, participants are given the opportunity to learn more about the company’s values, the different product ranges and gain an insight into the manufacturing process. It includes a series of engaging activities, such as:

- speeches by Franco Pacini (CEO), Andrea Gatti (HR Director), Luca Lo Sinno (Production Manager) and Francesco Manieri (TSS Manager);

- team building activities, with creative and collaborative teamwork sessions organised by Simona Coci (HR), allowing participants to experience the company culture and get to know each other better;

- a visit to the production plant under the guidance of the foremen, with a full tour of the factory and a detailed explanation of the production process of Motovario products;

- a competition in the training area at the end of the day, where participants can challenge their skills by assembling and inspecting Motovario products and components.

This second edition of 2024 gave all participants the chance to get to know each other and Motovario better, and to forge new relationships.
