Motovario

Motovario once again hosted the traditional Italian Agents' Meeting, to summarise performance in 2024 and outline the challenging goals for 2025. The gathering offers an important chance to share strategies and values, and shows that the Nemawashi method has produced some tangible improvements.

The meeting was introduced by Gian Paolo Goldoni, who provided an overview of performance in the Italian and global markets, highlighting the crucial role that Italy plays in business growth.

Maurizio Tagliazucchi introduced the latest updates on business opportunities in relation to new products:

• Erica Bergonzini described the features of the HPL series of planetary gear reducers, and our new (VP) solution with orthogonal axes offered by the combination with worm gear reducer
• Meanwhile, Carlos Rodrigo focused on the IE4 Self Power synchronous motor and the new E710 inverter, the first in the 710 family of the TECO range

The session then continued not with the usual tour of the plant, but with a special visit to the new area for the assembly of HPL gear reducers, led by Giovanni Terranova and Luca Lo Sinno together with Andrea Mati and Alfonso Adinolfi.

Antonio Sonsini outlined the latest developments in the new project for ever more precise management for Italian OEMs.

Cristiana Adani then outlined the CRM improvement project, aimed at building greater synergy between Motovario and its sales network.
 

At the close of the session, CEO Franco Pacini thanked all the participants, focusing on the new "One TECO Culture" pathway being followed by the TECO group, which aims to strengthen company values and encourage constant improvement.
