Motovario to support training in top schools in Emilia Romagna

Motovario has always been supporting and promoting the growth of new professional figures by investing in young people.
“New generations are the future of our companies and of tomorrow,” says Andrea Gatti, Human Resources Director at Motovario.
It is necessary to provide them with the right tools for their professional training to ensure a suitable transition from school to work. Schools should be the nerve centre that allows young people to also have hands-on experience that helps them consolidate the knowledge acquired.”
Motovario has decided to contribute by donating geared motor units fitted with inverters that will be used in lab sessions.
The first institutes that have decided to take part in this initiative are:
- UniMORE Department of Engineering Sciences and Methods in Reggio Emilia
- UniMORE Engineering Department in Modena
- “A. Ferrari” Higher Education Institute in Maranello
- “P. Gobetti” State Institute of Higher Secondary Education in Scandiano
