Motovario’s CEO, Franco Pacini, spoke directly from the MAC (Motovario Assembly Centre) Training Area about the progress achieved in 2023, and focused on a few important aspects:

- record of more than 270 days without any negative safety events
- improved quality KPIs
- constantly improving lead times
- major investments in production processes and a focus on sustainability
- expansion of the product catalogue
- digital transformation process

“This doesn’t mean that Motovario is perfect; on the contrary, we still have to continue along our continuous improvement path, thanks to the efforts of our team and also thanks to my personal commitment”
