The first 2022 Nemawashi meeting has just come to an end. It was held to lay solid foundations for our future by sharing the latest corporate news and growth prospects.

CEO Franco Pacini kicked off the meeting by illustrating:

• the positive results of both the parent company, Teco, and of the MTV group in 2021
• the challenges and objectives awaiting us in 2022
• the new Moto 3 sponsorship for the Sic58 team. More 

 

Here are the other main points on the agenda:

• Technical Director Gianfranco Rolando provided an update on new products;
• Purchasing Director Stefano Potecchi illustrated the current situation and the supply management of raw materials;
• Operations Director Giovanni Terranova highlighted the 50% improvement in terms of safety compared to 2020 with the help of prevention, qualitative product improvement thanks to PDCA and, lastly, the investments made to meet customer requests.

This was an important meeting welcomed with a proactive approach by everyone at Motovario to continue to lay solid foundations and overcome any future challenge.
