This edition has once again demonstrated the power of collaboration and teamwork. It was great to see so many enthusiastic faces, which helped to create a dynamic and proactive atmosphere. The concept of Nemawashi, ‘laying the groundwork together for continuous growth’, is more alive than ever, guiding us towards an ever more solid and sustainable future.

Franco Pacini (CEO), who started the day by introducing the new Chairman of the TECO Group

Gianpaolo Goldoni (Sales Director), who spoke about market trends and various sector trends, shared global scenarios after the branch meeting and the tangible results achieved with the go-live of the CRMs

Massimo Boninsegna (CFO), who spoke about the company’s financial performance and the investment in solar panels

Vanessa Marchesi (ICT Manager), who presented the ongoing and completed activities related to the digital transformation process, a project involving all management teams

Gianfranco Rolando (R&D Director) and Maurizio Tagliazucchi (Business Development Director), who presented the ongoing work on new products, in particular the Self Power motor, the new combined planetary and worm gear reducer and the REWO, Motovario’s innovative helical bevel solution

Francesca Zironi (Purchasing dept.), who illustrated the trends in raw materials

Giovanni Terranova (Operations Director), who presented the safety, quality, productivity and lead time KPIs and the activities that have led to today’s excellent results

Andrea Gatti (HR Director) and Simona Coci (HR Manager), who shared statistics on the Motovario people and training, and concluded by talking about the ‘Heart of Values’ contest, held last quarter with a special focus on the teamwork value.
