Nemawashi September 2023: intense and fruitful meeting for a deep-rooted business.

Although all the teams in the different corporate departments are always busy with improvement projects and innovations, it is essential to make time to meet and share progress with all colleagues in a clear and confidential manner.

As is customary, our CEO Franco Pacini opened the meeting with a systematic sharing of:

• Vision & mission
• Results
• Goals
• Successes and failures

The meeting then continued with speeches by the department managers.

The main topics were:

• The digitalization project: which aims to simplify and optimise management processes.
• New products: road map of Motovario’s new HPL planetary series, consisting of 13 sizes.

Activities underway concerning Self Power, the first patented self-starting synchronous motor, and lastly, positive updates on the testing phases of the new REWO product, which will soon be ready to be launched on the market.

• Supply chain: with a focus on material costs and logistics

A few words about Operation, with insights on:

• Safety: lower frequency of accidents thanks to a greater awareness of prevention
• Quality: PPM with positive trend

And lastly, kick-off of the new values campaign and sharing of training courses for employees.
