Motovario

Mototraining is not just a training course, it is also an opportunity for everyone to share information, to get to know the company better and the people who work there, and to give a face to the concept of "People and Company".
The day began with an address by our CEO, Eng. Franco Pacini, who wanted to share the company's results with all the participants and to outline our next challenges.

The first challenge started right away! It was a team-building activity that required creativity and teamwork, as well as the sharing of ideas, values and culture: the same challenge we all have as Motovario People.
The day continued with a focus on Motovario products, a tour of our Production Plant, and finally a spot of healthy competition in our Training Area.

As Simona Coci, Human Capital Business Partner, summed it up: "We're happy to have had this chance to share our mission, vision, ideas and solutions with our People, and to have been able to work together in such a stimulating and engaging environment."
