The new Motovario Academy project launch

Monday 29th February saw the start of the new Motovario Academy project.

The aim of the Academy project, which was strongly pushed for by the company, is of strategically evolving its approach to the market both by the extension of its product range and solutions offered and by sharing a new sales strategy with its entire sales force.

About 90 people, divided into seven groups, will participate in various events pertaining to mechanics, electrical engineering and electronics/electric drives throughout 2016.

The company has invested over 7,000 hours/man in the Academy Project and provided a permanent training facility in its organisation that focuses on training its employees and new hires in order to continuously update them on new product ranges and available solutions.

The entire sales team of the Motovario Group, including Italian Agents, will be involved in this training programme that will standardise and integrate the specific know-how on mechanical variators, gear reducers, electric motors and motor inverter product ranges. The interactive way in which it has been organised will allow the exchange of experience and skills, thus making it the perfect occasion for the participants to confront and exchange ideas with each other.

At the same time, the My Motovario 4.0 app has been released and is available for all smartphones and tablets. With this app Motovario staff and all its clients can find and download information relating to selected products chosen according to specific application parameters.

In the near future, this app will feature an E-learning section with all training material for the Academy project.

Once again, the multinational company from Formigine demonstrates its strong dedication towards client service excellence.
