Motovario

In April, Motovario was honoured to receive a visit from the Board of Directors of TECO, our parent company, thereby affirming the significant role played by Motovario. The TECO delegation comprised nearly all of the company’s board of directors, including Vice-Chairman Pamela Wu, Motovario Chairman Sophia Chiu and Board Members Willy Huang, Justin Shoun Chou, Marianne Chun Chau and Chao Chin Tung, assisted by Assistant Vice-President Amy Liao.

On this occasion, the Motovario Management Team visited the factories to verify Lean Manufacturing implementation levels, KPI improvements and new investments. The visit continued with a comprehensive overview of Motovario’s activities, including a tour of our key areas: the MAC Training Centre, the Daily Management Boards, the Benchmark Area, Testing and the War-Room.

The TECO Group then reaffirmed its core values, mission and vision. Like Motovario, TECO is committed to fostering a ‘customer-centric’ corporate culture that embraces a ‘growth mindset’, based on an ‘open dialogue’ and ‘Co-Creation / Team Up’ approach by all members of the TECO team.

It was a valuable opportunity to review both Motovario’s long-term business plan and immediate action plans. A big thank you to the TECO Board of Directors for their visit and for sharing all of their suggestions with us.
