Motovario

We organised a meeting with Motovario assembly centres (MACs) and Agents working in Italy. Our intention was to share the latest sales news with them.

Gian Paolo Goldoni, Sales Director, and Antonio Sonsini, Area Manager, showcased the new development project for a more timely management of Italian OEMs.

Still talking about “timeliness”, during the factory tour the participants were shown the latest progress in Lean production, which is focused on improving on-time delivery. Special attention was also given to the new area dedicated to MACs and training, which is a crucial aspect in making a difference.

The day continued with a speech by Cristiana Adani, CRM Manager, who steered us through the new key points of our newly redesigned CRM platform.

There were quite a few organisational and product innovations as well. Maurizio Tagliazucchi, Business Development Director, presented the newly organised Business Development area, introducing the new team members and the new distribution of the areas.
