Motovario

Motovario has been chosen by a leading manufacturer of industrial doors and gates to supply motors in order to modernise their product range.

The customer went for Motodoor, a product specifically designed and developed for industrial roll-up doors.

A first batch of 1,000 units will be delivered to the customer by the end of this month. A second batch will follow in October, for a total estimated annual consumption of 10,000 units.

Two key factors have contributed to this success:

• The fruitful collaboration between Motovario’s Technical Sales Support (TSS) and the customer’s R&D team
• Gabriele’s excellent work as a mediator and in analysing the customer’s needs

Through co-engineering, the Motovario team, led by Francesco Manieri, selected two of the three available Motodoor versions, with different gear ratios. The Motoodor was also customised with a specific ratio to increase performance by 25%, as demonstrated by numerous tests conducted by a third-party certification body, with positive results.
