New and major order won from Columbia for HPL planetary gear reducers thanks to our Area Manager Luca Sesenna.

On frequent trips to Colombia, Luca gathered the specific application requirements of the specialised sugar cane production plant belonging to one of our customers operating throughout North and South America.

 

The particular target was to transmit a torque of 80,000 Nm in the production plant, while taking into account the industry’s engineering requirements in order to customise the product to ensure excellent high-performance operation.

Furthermore, the solution had to meet an extremely specific restriction: the dimensions had to be within a set perimeter to fit the geometry of the machinery.

Thanks to the technical sales support team, the new Motovario planetary gear reducers were Xed, available in 13 different sizes and capable of delivering nominal performances of up to 100,000 Nm, thereby completely fulfilling customer requirements.

 

With the new, wide range of planetary gear reducers, Motovario now faces new challenges of strategic significance in applications with high performance demands.

 

With this important and strategic order, Luca wins the October Sales Champions Cup.
