Motovario

 

A party with the management, the employees and their families: this has been the formula that we chose to celebrate the important milestone of 50 years since the founding of Motovario, occurred in 1965 in Formigine (MO). We welcomed in the Modena headquarters,  Saturday 3 October, about a thousand people coming from Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark, the United States, China and India.

 

Participation in the Family Day was deeply felt and the highlight of the day was the cutting of the cake by Managing Director Maurizio Negro along with two collaborators chosen to symbolize the soul of the company: Mrs Margaret Rosi has the corporate identification card number one (year 1967) while Andrea Manieri, 32 years old, is the youngest among the new hires. Together with them the cake was also cut by the two founding families of the company: Gianluca Raguzzoni and mother Maria Teresa Cappi, as well as Luciano Spaggiari. 

 

“We are proud to celebrate the important milestone of 50 years and what we’ve built so far is the basis of our future. We have engaged from a long time in the research and continuous innovation of products, this is what took us up to this level” the AD Maurizio Negro said.

 

On the occasion of the Family Day a path presentation has been prepared showing the evolution of the product beginning with the first variator designed by Motovario in the foundation year 1965 until the last success, the “Drivon” inverter motor, dedicated to mechatronic applications. 

Many surprises were dedicated to children: face painting, balloon sculptures and magicians that fascinated them during the three hours of the event.

 

We dedicate our first 50 years of history to our 600 employees around the world working with us and who are our “heart of motion”, our power.
