Motovario India's annual sales meeting was held in conjunction with celebrations for the Engineering God Vishwakarma Puja.

The event, which was attended by all colleagues from the Indian branch, was an opportunity for sharing and discussion at all levels, to better meet the challenges of an ever-changing market.

As Partha Pratim Sen, General Manager India, commented:

Gian Paolo Goldoni, Sales Director Motovario, made his first appearance at the event this year. He shared with participants the company's strategic goals and the new challenges that await us in the coming months.

Everything was done in the spirit of GEMBA, seeing things on the ground to understand the reality and identify opportunities for improvement. "This is a fundamental approach for Motovario, allowing us to be increasingly competitive and better meet the needs of our customers," Goldoni explained.

The meeting concluded with a moment of celebration that helped strengthen the team spirit and motivation of all participants.
