Training is an opportunity to improve specific and multi-disciplinary skills, enhance motivation and gain both personal and company benefits.

In 2023, the number of training hours attended by our employees increased by 20%, an important figure that “certifies” Motovario’s commitment to this topic.

Paolo Lugli, Gear Reducers and Variators Technical Manager, with more than 30 years experience, will launch this column, and in 5 sessions he will share his own mechanical design know-how with young talents.

An opportunity to pass on the experience gained in the field to new engineers and to grow with more knowledge, abilities and skills.
