Close contact with the customer for a modern, state-of-the-art nursery
14 June 2023It is very important for us to have a close look and a hands-on experience of the machinery and systems in which our products are to be integrated. In this way, we can observe every aspect of the application and better understand its operation and analyse its characteristics.
It is therefore essential for the sales support team to visit the site and check even the tiniest of details that can escape the customer’s attention, to take them into account during the selection phase.
Here is a successful case in point involving a Dutch customer:
after inspecting the new nursery plant, Motovario sized over 40 self-braking geared motors piloted by Drivon®.
The technical solution, based on careful study, resulted in greater efficiency and lower maintenance costs because it shifted from mechanical synchronisation to locally automated synchronisation.
Furthermore, on the basis of the measurements carried out, it was decided together with the customer to equip the inverter motors with special devices to protect the application against over-temperature.
A second inspection of the plant during operation several months later confirmed the excellent work of all the Motovario team!
