19 July 2024Today we are introducing the new Self Power® high-efficiency synchronous motor, which, thanks to a Motovario patent, redefines efficiency and performance standards in the industrial sector.

After an asynchronous start-up, the motor synchronises with the working frequency and runs synchronously at constant speed, without encoder or inverter, regardless of the load.
Designed and engineered by a team of Motovario engineers, in collaboration with the University of L’Aquila, Self Power® has a cutting-edge design that ensures IE4 efficiency and synchronous performance without permanent magnets.
Another important factor to consider is interchangeability. With reduced overall dimensions, Self Power® can easily replace IE2 low-efficiency asynchronous motors while maintaining their size, making it easy to integrate into existing systems.
