Last week, a TK differential motovariator unit – whose production had been discontinued over 20 years ago and originally fitted on a painting system – stopped working after 30 years of honourable service! The machine downtime caused by the failure could have blocked an entire line with a daily output of 6,000 units over 4 work shifts, causing considerable economic damage.

Motovario’s technical service, which received a request for intervention in the late afternoon, was able to X a latest-generation Power product and adapt it to the mechanical features of the old system.

The new gearmotor was installed the morning after and the customer resumed production at full capacity.
