For the past five years, the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team has been promoting the ‘Safety on Site’ initiative, which aims to ensure that health and safety standards are maintained in all areas of production.

A substantial amount of time and resources is devoted to weekly meetings of operational supervisors and officers, who meticulously analyse every report that comes in. The result of this thorough analysis is the implementation of practical measures to improve safety, including targeted interventions and new organisational processes.

The ‘Safety on Site’ initiative is a concrete example of how a detailed collaborative approach enables Motovario to comprehensively and consistently monitor safety conditions throughout the company.
