Motovario - Modena, one of the foremost Italian companies involved in the production of power transmission components for industrial and civil applications, has merged with DR Drives, a well-known company specializing in the supply of electric motors.
This strategic operation is aimed at optimizing the commercial strength of Motovario at International level.

Last year’s changing market conditions and the goal to always grant a high service level in order to be competitive in the market, has pushed Motovario Management to look for broader and more efficient methods of working.

Therefore starting from 1 January 2010, the DR Drives sales organization has been fully included in Motovario SpA, providing continuity to the excellent customer service.

This new synergy will allow the Group to further strengthen its business structure, taking advantage of the know-how and skilled human resources, to give a relevant reply to meet the market expectations.
