Motovario’s new EXTRUDER catalog is now available.
31 May 2021In Motovario’s new Extruder catalog you will find a PBZ solution dedicated to your projects for applications involving the use of single-screw extruders.
The PBZ Extruder is designed to cater to the specifications of plastic and rubber processing systems, brick production, as well as the food sector.
Fitted with a suitable thrust bearing, the PBZ gear reducer reliably withstands high axial thrusts generated by the extruder screw, relieving the gear reducer’s casing from the loads produced during the normal operation of the application.
The extruder mount is available in two separate versions to select and make the most of the performance of the auxiliary bearing:
- ES for applications with standard loads
- EH for heavy loads
Some technical data on the PBZ Extruder solution:
- Available for P2Z and P3Z gearings
- Nominal performance from 9 to 110 kNm
- Sizes from 179 to 409 included
- Gear reducer casing and extruder mount in spheroidal cast-iron
- Customization available for both the screw shaft housing and the extruder mount
