NEW HELICAL BEVEL GEAR REDUCER B163 MOUNTED AT MR INOX

The first model of cast iron helical bevel gear reducer has been sold to be utilized for an industrial application, the B163 is now working inside the plant in a company of San Marino.

This combined geared motor B163UC + H121F with three phase electric motor 132, 4 poles 9,2 kW, is installed on a “piadine” cooling tower by the company MR inox of Codroipo (Udine), an Italian company operating in the food industry.

MTV Nordest, recently became MAC – Motovario Assembly Centre – and authorized Motovario distributor in northeastern Italy, has taken care in detail of the combined geared motor mounting.

Thanks to this brand new product developed and designed by Motovario, the plant has officially been put into operation and it is properly working. The rotation speed optimization of the electric motor driven by the inverter (52 Hz), the perfect running of the combined gear reducer and the correct oil seal on all the critical points (oil seals, breather level and closed plugs, contact surfaces and casting), combined together has allowed the perfect functionality of the plant.
