2022 - “Our Future is in MOTION” - “Mid-Year “Meeting
02 August 2022After a long time, we finally had the pleasure to have a face-to-face meeting with TECO Top Management and all our global Subsidiaries in June, at the Motovario HQ in Formigine, Modena.
We had the presence of Top TECO Group Leaders, Mrs.Sophia Chiu – Group Chairman and Mr. Kao Fei Yuan – President of the Green Mechatronic Solution Business Group, together with the MMC group and the international subsidiaries Managers (F.Pacini, GF.Rolando, A.Gatti, M.Boninsegna, GP.Goldoni, M.Tagliazucchi, G.Terranova, S.Potecchi, A.Bisson, J.Suh, G.Cheetam, D.Martin and PP.Sen).
During our “Mid-Year” Meeting, we had the chance to review our 2022 First Half accomplishments, realign our strategies and focus on OFI’s (Opportunites For Improvement).
We also had the opportunity to discuss the improvements of the Motovario Product and Commercial Offering, the progresses of the Lean Deployment in our Factories and to discuss strategic projects to boost our performance in the coming years.
In an evolving business world, together as a Team we will be successful in our future challenges.
